Project management

Project management is an area of expertise in the organization and management of resources that aims at achieving the objectives of a project within a given time and budget as a result of work done by resources.

The project leader must achieve the result given the predefined limits. The project uses optimized and integrated tools to reach the predefined goals.

Thus, the project is a reasonably-chosen set of resources (time, money, people, materials, energy, places) to achieve predetermined goals.

The project leader rarely takes part directly in the activities needed to produce the project's final result, but ensures continuous progress and mutually effective cooperation between the different participants in order to make the project successful.

Test management

Test management is a continuous process, the observation and documentation of related processes, activities, and summarizing and forwarding the results to the project management.

The test manager directs the work during the test, assigns the test tasks, and follows the execution of the tests. Keeps project leadership informed on the test, keeps contact with the customer (if required).

Provides information flow to both project participants and the test team. The test manager should be aware of the state of the project's testing, the testing process, and the degree of completion of the documentation.

Business analysis

It means work related to the analysis, development, and definition of business (economic) IT systems. The main task of the business analyst is to provide a precise, systematic documenting of the expectations of the software for the client.

A Business Analyst is typically a member of the IT group and is responsible for documenting the user's software needs in a systematic way (through discussion, observation, analysis, etc.).

The Business Analyst’s job is analyzing the needs of your client's software design and helping you identify the computer solutions needed to solve business problems. In defining needs, the focus is on what the system should do and not how the system should work.
